Sheffield United have always been very supportive of grassroots football and this sponsorship is a further demonstration of that policy. The Star

Monday night is results night in The Star, and as well as featuring reports of all the area's top professional teams it also features results from the Blades Super Draw League and many other local leagues. The Star's weekly Grassroots pull-out on Fridays features reports and previews of the forthcoming Sunday's action and regularly features a report and pictures from a feature game.
