CBC Premier Ball end West End run, Villa hit back & Senior to the four

Second half goals by Joe Shaw and Joe Barker (pictured left) saw Blue Ball end Woodhouse West End's twenty five match unbeaten run and take their place at the top of the CBC Premier. That first defeat of the season saw West End slip to fourth after Stannington Village and Hemsworth Villa shared six goals.

It was always going to be a hard game for West End and their chances of holding on to top spot wasn't helped when a poor challenge by midfielder Danny Hooper saw him red carded by referee Matt Walsh after just five minutes. They regrouped after that and took the game to Ball, but without ever threatening to score.

Ball struggled to make their extra man tell in the first half, only bringing one save out of West End keeper John Badkin who bravely made a point blank save to keep his side level, but the second half wasn't too old when a quick break left Joe Shaw clear to put his side in front.

West End responded by pushing the home side back, but they couldn't break down the Ball defence and the keeper didn't have a shot to save. The nearest they came was a free kick on the edge of the area and a shout for handball. Inevitably West End began to tire and another quick break saw Joe Barker produce a clinical finish to put the result beyond doubt. See above & below for action from the game.

Stannington Village looked odds on to keep pace with Ball when they took a three goal lead against Hemsworth Villa, but Villa fought back to share the spoils. Jack Mylnek quickly had Stannington in front and Josh Wright's cross was headed home by Robert Fox to double it before half time.

The second half wasn't too old when David Hague put Simon Bradbury through for him to chip Stannington's third and it looked all over for Villa especially as keeper Jamie King had had to make a number of saves to keep it down to three, but they were handed a lifeline when Shane Hinshelwood needlessly gave a penalty away for Nick Owen to slot home.

Villa quickly pulled another back when Mark Hopkinson lobbed the keeper and they levelled when Scott Moat turned quickly in the area to fire home. Villa then almost won it when David Tollerfield headed Hopkinson's cross against the bar, but that would have been tough on Stannington.

Craig Senior (left) took his season's tally to fourteen as Ecclesfield Travellers came from behind to step up their challenge for a top four finish with a 6-3 victory at Woodhouse Angel. Angel missed three great chances in the first ten minutes and they paid for it when Scott Johnson's cross was turned home by Senior to give Travellers an early lead, but after good work by Spencer Starkes Chris Towey headed home the equaliser.

Ryan McGuiness then beat two defenders before slotting the ball under Paul Bashforth in the Travellers net to give Angel the lead before half time, but the second half saw Travellers quickly get on top and Matt Clarke soon levelled. Senior then struck twice before Kieran Webb made it five and although Stuart Groves pulled one back for the home side it was Senior that had the final word with his fourth.

Handsworth WMC's hopes of a top four finish took a blow when a single Carl Baldock penalty in the second half gave Niagara victory. Handsworth had a goal disallowed in the first half, but only a brilliant save by keeper James Abramski stopped Chris Smith scoring for Niagara. The crucial moment came when Gav Taylor brought Baldock down in the area and he picked himself up to hit the winner from the spot.

Redmires chances of climbing the table also took a blow with a 2-1 defeat at Stocksbridge Park Steels. Chris Kelly and a Dale White own goal gave Steels a two goal half time lead. In the second half, after John Mellor was felled in the area Andy Birks pulled one back from the spot, but when Mellor was felled in the area a second time, Birks saw his second spot kick brilliantly saved by Sean Smith.

Division One Lester return is music to Loxley's ears

In Division One, after a five year absence due to a serious injury, the return of Richard Lester was music to Loxley's ears and he celebrated by setting one up and scoring the clincher in their 4-2 victory over Mosborough Royal Oak.

The main action during the first half was the dismissals of a player from each side, although Loxley keeper Richard Jackson needed to make to great saves to keep the scoreline blank, but after the break Loxley quickly took control. Good work by Tom Mcillhagga allowed John Bailey to open the scoring and soon after Geoff Mayfield steamed through to make it two.

Jackson was then injured making a save and had to go off and that seemed to spur Oak into action and after Lee Godwin and Joe France both hit a post, France pulled one back before Ricky Davidson levelled. Instead of folding Loxley hit back and after good work by Lester, Mcillhagga headed home Mayfield's cross to restore their lead. Lester then smashed Loxley's fourth into the roof of the net to seal the points.

Millhouses Abacrombie stayed top with victory over a Handsworth Old Boys that had done the double over them the previous season. Millhouses took the lead when Danny Turner's fierce cross was turned into his own net by a defender, but the Old Boys levelled with a great turn and left foot shot at the near post by leading scorer Trevor Jones.

Tom Gardiner's through ball allowed Ally Berry to restore Millhouses lead, before the Old Boys were denied a second equaliser from the penalty spot by a double save from Mark Davies. The second half saw Handsworth press the Millhouses hard, but it was the leaders that had the final word when Turner raced onto a through ball to net his side's third.

After twice falling behind, helped by a Gavin Davis (right) treble, Pitsmoor Royal Oak hit back to stay second with a 5-2 victory over a Trickshots that had held them just a few weeks ago. Trickshots took the lead when David Nash's corner flew straight into the net and although Scott Szpajer levelled before half time, the second half saw Gary Cooper turn and volley Trickshots back into the lead.

They didn't keep it for long though as Paul Hind set up Gavin Davis for a second equaliser and Oak took the lead when Davis set up Tommy Fowler. There was no stopping Oak now and Davis grabbed two more to complete his hat-trick.

Another hat-trick hero was Pen Nook's Scott Birch who netted all his side's goals in a 3-2 victory over Devonshire. Birch netted his first after just three minutes, but Devonshire were level at the break thanks to Adrian Von Wurbach's thirty yard screamer.

It quickly got worse for Pen Nook after the break as Chris Leek turned in the rebound after the keeper saved Ryan Barker's free kick to give Devonshire the lead and Nook then saw Craig Barraclough's penalty saved before going down to ten men. Lesser teams would have folded, but Pen Nook fought back with Birch's second, before he raced onto Phil Cookson's pass to win it.

Sportsman Stannington's title challenge took a blow as Park & Arbour LFS ended their lean spell with an emotional 2-1 victory. The game was preceded by a minutes applause in the memory of Park club member David Duell, but it was Chris King fourteenth of the season that gave Sportsman the lead. Park levelled with Darren Knowles drive from the edge of the area and then won it when Daniel Smith's run set up John Proud score his first of the season.

Division Two The future is brighter as Holland nicks Freemasons first win, but leaders crash

In Division Two it was a red letter day for Freemasons Arms who came from behind to record their first ever League win, while leaders Oughtibridge Village crashed to a surprise home defeat by Bulls Head and Junior Blades promotion bid was hit by a home defeat by Colley Club.

Ryan Taff's header gave Tom Gabbitas the chance to put Anston Athletic ahead at Freemasons, but Richard Bates levelled before Chris Holland curled a beauty into the corner for what turned out to be the winner. Anston hit them with everything in the second half, but for once the Freemason's defence held firm for that first win.

Man of the match Nick Ash (right) gave Bulls Head an early lead at Oughtibridge Village and although Chris Smallwood cancelled it out, Mark Bryant restored Bulls lead just on the half hour mark. Shaun Hammond hit a second equaliser for the leaders before half time, but when Jordan Barton gave Bulls Head the lead for a third time Oughtibridge couldn't find another reply.

It looked good for Junior Blades when a Neil Whitworth own goal gave them the lead at home to Colley Club, but it started to go wrong when Nedim Murphy cancelled it out with his first of the season and despite the home side having the lion's share of possession, Ian Seward's twenty five yard shot won it for Colley.

Fairbank-Rhodes climbed out of the bottom three with a 2-1 victory that left Brinsworth Whitehill still looking for a first away win. Richard Tidy gave Fairbank a first half lead and it was doubled in the second half with an Andrew Baxter penalty. Bazil Nyomi scored for Brinsworth in the final minute, but it wasn't enough to avoid a seventh away defeat.

Junior Cup Keeley Treble sees Brimington roar past Lion, but The Park go out

It was a mixed day in the County FA Sunday Junior Cup when, Lee Bridge's goal couldn't stop The Park's run coming to an end at Maltby Miners 'B', but Division Two FC Brimington kept the League's flag flying with a tremendous 6-2 victory at Red Lion, Doncaster.

Two from Chris Keeley and one from Elliott Christie soon had Brimington in charge of the tie and along with another from Christie and one from Andrew Crossland, Keeley went on to complete his hat-trick for a very convincing victory to take them into the last sixteen

CBC Premier Lindley leaves leaders Red faced

The leaders were left Red-faced as a Danny Lindley (picured left)  double and a James O'Connell strike saw Redmires complete the double over Blue Ball and allow Woodhouse West End to go back to the top with a hard fought home win over bottom club Laycock Sports. Hemsworth Villa missed their chance to go top as Kieran Gallagher's goal gave ten man Handsworth WMC victory over them.

Ball had won seven successive games since they were beaten by Redmires in September, but an eighth successive win looked unlikely from the minute that Lindley slammed home a perfect free kick. If that was the perfect free kick, Lindley's second owed a great deal to good fortune a strong gust of wind as his cross was taken off course and into the net. Redmires defence never looked like being breached after that and O'Connell rubbed salt into the visitors wounds with a third in the final minute.

Despite being pushed all the way by bottom club Laycock Sports, Woodhouse West End took full advantage to go back to the top with a 3-1 victory. Gary Luke missed a great opportunity to put Laycocks in front early on, but it was West End that grabbed the advantage with Rob Cowlishaw strike.

Although Laycock's keeper Grant Parkin made a number of great saves he was beaten twice more by Ashleigh Atkins and David Haley. Sam Read did grab a deserved consolation for the visitors and it looked like he had scored a second near the end, only to see his shot stick in the mud on the goalline.

Hemsworth Villa would have gone top if they had won at home to Handsworth WMC, but despite being reduced to ten men, it was Handsworth that went home with the points. Villa had plenty of the play, but Andy Stevens, Eddie Holmes and Matt Hodgett all had chances for Handsworth.

What turned out to be the winner came five minutes after the interval when Kieran Gallagher coolly beat the keeper. Soon after Handsworth were reduced to ten men, but with Dean Brown outstanding they kept Villa at bay with the only real threat to their goal coming in the final minute when James Abramski superbly saved from Scott Moat.

Division One Super sub Thickett chops down Oak

With Division One leaders Millhouses Abacrombie without a game, Pitsmoor Royal Oak had the chance to close the gap at the top, but despite taking a two goal lead they slipped to a surprise defeat at Pen Nook.

When Paul Hind was tripped in the area, Leon Stocks stepped up to put Pitsmoor in front from the penalty spot and when Stuart Dyson beat two men to set up Hind for their second just after the break they looked good for the points, but Pen Nook threw sub Craig Thickett into the fray and he responded by meeting Ryan Cockaynes cross to pull one back before. It was the same combination that brought Nook their equaliser ten minutes later and just five minutes from time they won it when Craig Barraclough's corner (see picture left) flew straight into the net.

Up to third and level on points with Pitsmoor is Sportsman Stannington who, despite seeing Chris King have a penalty saved, beat Trickshots 3-0 . Jason Collier hit their first while the others came from Joe Jerrison and Johnny Davis, but it's so tight that just four points separate the seven clubs behind the leaders.

Just behind sportsman is Park & Arbour LFS who grabbed their second away win of the season at The Park. When a corner wasn't cleared properly John Proud hooked home the opener and with just ten minutes on the clock Park & Arbour went two up when Daniel Smith beat the offside trap.

Matt Joy crossed for Greg Ramsden to reduce the arrears soon after the break, but a colossal performance by Graham Smith stopped them adding to it and Smith even took time from defending to cross for Matt Wright to restore the visitors two goal advantage. The result was a bit harsh on the home side and their luck proved to be totally out when a defender turned Danny Kelleher's cross into his own net for Park & Arbour's fourth.

Mosborough Royal Oak are just a point further back after they beat promotion rivals Handsworth Old Boys 6-3. An Andy Marsh own goal put Handsworth ahead early on but Richard Mills soon flicked home an equaliser. Two Ricky Davidson strikes then appeared to put Oak in charge, but a Kieran Fairchild goal just before half time and a Carl Bowler strike just after half time brought Handsworth level. Oak were rocked by the fightback, but their nerves were calmed when Joe France restored their lead and Kevin Ford made the points save with a late double.

Devonshire closed the gap above them with a 4-0 home win over a Sheldon that need to start collecting points quickly if they are to get out of trouble. Sheldon even gave their hosts a start when a defender smashed the ball into his own net and Chris Leek double the home side's advantage when he lobbed the keeper. After the break Leek rifled home his second and sub Jack Edwards had a memorable start to his first game for Devonshire when he scored with his first touch.

Division Two Brown makes sure Service is tip-top

A single Ben Brown goal was enough to give Civil Service victory at Colley Club and send them back to the top of Division Two. Defences were on top for most of the game and it wasn't until the second half when sub Martyn Kittridge put Brown through for the winner. Colley gave it their all in the last fifteen minutes, but the Service defence continued to hold firm.

Three places, but just two points behind is Hollin Bush after they recovered from a goal down to beat Junior Blades. Andrew Brookfield's acrobatic scissors kick gave Junior Blades a half time lead, but they could have been out of sight if they had taken their other chances. They were made to pay as Bush dominated the second half and they won it with two Sean Jolliffe goals.

Bulls Head lost ground on the leading clubs when they slipped to their fourth home defeat of the season to an FC Brimington that will be right in the thick of things if they win their games in hand. Brimington dominated from early in the game so Nick Ash's terrific strike from the edge of the area to give Bull the lead came against the run of play.

Soon after Elliott Christie was brought down in the area by keeper Gary Gasgoine, but he made amends by brilliantly saving Elliott Christie's spot kick and Brimington must have thought it was going to be one of those days. They needn't have worried though as Crossland made up for it by finding full back Thomas Brooke and he took two touches before firing home from fourteen yards.

Continuous Brimington pressure was being repelled by a defence well organised by Paul Baxter-Gibson, but they finally cracked when Michael Gartland was brought down in the area for a second penalty and this time Chris Kealey (pictured left) took the responsibility to step up and beat Gasgoine for the winner.

Anston Athletic gained their first points of the new year with an impressive 3-0 victory at Brinsworth Whitehill. Ryan Taff's header allowed Joe Bellamy to poke home Anston's first to give them a half time lead and after the break Bellamy doubled their lead when he raced through to score his second before Tom Gabbitas added their third.

CBC Premier Angel on a high after first win, but it's a real low for Laycock's

The Although the weather was a big winner last weekend with all but three games being postponed, but an even bigger winner was Woodhouse Angel who finally managed their first win of the season 3-1 at fellow CBC Premier strugglers Laycock Sports.

Laycock's were the first to show and they thought they had taken the lead inside the first ten minutes, only for Scott Wesney's effort to hit the post and stay out. Angel gradually got into the game more and with just five minutes of the first half remaining Spencer Starkes put them ahead.

After the break, Starkes turned provider when his good work allowed David Price to double Angels lead, but Laycock's didn't give up and they put themselves back into the game when sub Chris Gill found the net.

Laycock's continued to press for an equaliser, but it was almost inevitable that they would be caught on the break and leading scorer Kirk Briddon's seventh goal of the season made that the points safe. Angel are now within touching distance of the teams above them, but Laycock's may need a miracle to avoid the drop.

Division One Devonshire give Adrian a great start

Division One's only game got Adrian Von Wurzbach's managerial career off to a winning start as his Devonshire side came back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Loxley. Sean Hibberd has done a magnificent job with Devonshire for many years, but the call of helping his son's junior side proved irresistable, so Adrian took over and although he has some very big boots to fill, he got off to the best possible start.

Both teams battled hard to master the elements, but just when it looked as if the sides would go into the half time level, a minute before the break Neil Coyle's free kick sneaked under keeper John Harrison to put Loxley in front.

Harrison more that made up for his error with a number of good saves on his debut, but with less than fifteen minutes remaining it looked as if he might finish on the losing side as Devonshire still trailed. They had battled hard without much luck, but that all changed when Loxley defender John Denton headed past his own keeper to bring the scores level.

Jack Edwards was another to be having a good debut for Devonshire and his and sub Joe Carnell's good work gained a further reward when another sub Mark Richards put Devonshire ahead with a shot from just outside the area, which was quickly followed by a thirty five yard rocket by full back Dwayne Ellis to make the points safe.

Division Two Richard helps Fairbank-Rhodes Tidy up the points

Division Two's only game saw Mitchell Robinson inspire Fairbank-Rhodes to the three points at home to a Freemasons Arms that had only lost one of it's last four. Richard Tidy put Fairbank ahead before Joe Knight doubled their lead with his twelfth of the season. Andy Baxter then hit a third from the penalty spot, while the nearest Freemasons got to finding the net was when John Davernport scuffed a shot just wide near the end..

27 Jan 2008  - CBC Premier Doubles all round as West End stay top

A Dale Fuller double helped Woodhouse West End to beat Stannington Village and stay top, but right with them are Blue Ball after Danny Mace and Joe Shaw doubles helped them to victory at Laycock Sports, and Hemsworth Villa after a Mark Hopkinson double helped them to a home win over Stocksbridge Park Steels. A Craig Senior double saw Ecclesfield Travellers beat Niagara.

The CBC Premier Division's top game saw Woodhouse West End beat title rivals Stannington Village 3-0, but it was a much closer game than the scoreline suggests. During a goalless first half it was the West End keeper that was the busier of the two, making a number of sides to keep his side level. His hard work was rewarded in the second half when two from Dale Fuller, including one from the penalty spot and one from Spencer Taylor gave West End the points.

Blue Ball more than kept pace with them though as they won at bottom club Laycock Sports, 6-2. Joe Shaw netted twice before Danny Mace added a third to give Ball the early advantage, but Laycock's gave themselves some hope with a Simon Bartles penalty just before half time.

Ball were in no mood to surrender the three points though and Paul Marrison grabbed their fourth before Mace added his second. Laycock's Matt Kent gained some reward for his man of the match performance when he thundered home a thirty five yarder and Laycock's later scored again, but the only problem was that it was into their own goal.

Hemsworth Villa were just as impressive as they thumped Stocksbridge Park Steels 5-1. Mark Hopkinson's left foot hit their opener and David Tollerfield made it two before Mark Garrett headed home Adrian Tazziman's cross to put Steels back in the game. Matt Bray then made a couple of important goalline clearances to keep Villa in front before they extended their lead with a Keith Cronin free kick. Hopkinson then made the victory safe with his second before Joe Walker put the icing on the cake by netting his first ever goal for Villa.

Ecclesfield Travellers maintained their push up the table as the CBC Premier's leading scorer Craig Senior added two more to his tally to beat Niagara 2-0. After Scott Johnson was brought down in the area, Senior netted his first from the penalty spot despite the keeper getting a hand to the ball. Danny Touhey set him up for his second and only the woodwork stopped him completing a hat-trick late on.

Division One Wilkinson stunner lifts Mosborough as Loxley fell Oak

Mosborough Royal Oak climbed into the automatic promotion places as super sub Steve Wilkinson grabbed a last gasp winner at Trickshots, but Pitsmoor Royal Oak's title hopes were dealt a blow as Loxley recovered from a goal down to beat them 2-1. Devonshire had a Greg Shaw double to help them beat promotion rivals Sportsman Stannington and Dean Smith struck twice to help Handsworth Old Boys win at The Park, while Pen Nook and Park & Arbour LFS drew 1-1.

Division One leaders Millhouses Abacrombie saw their game abandoned after just ten minutes as the high winds made the game impossible and their main title rivals Pitsmoor Royal Oak probably wished that had happened to their game as their title hopes took a blow with defeat at Loxley in another game where the gales made football difficult.

Scott Spjazer gave Pitsmoor the lead just before half time, but it was unlikely to be enough for a second half when they had to play into the elements. With the winds at their back, Loxley soon levelled when Richard Lester set up Simon Mirfin and Lester was again the playmaker when Tom Mcillhagga grabbed the winner.

Pen Nook kept their improved form going with a point at home to promotion rivals Park & Arbour LFS and only a late disallowed goal and some sound goalkeeping by Park's stand-in keeper Simon Windle (pictured left) stopped them taking all three points.

The first half saw both teams struggle to create any clear cut chances in a strong wind, but after the wind died down, Pen Nook started to assert themselves in the second half and took the lead when Danny McLean beat the offside trap to convert Ryan Cockaynes pass.

Their celebrations didn't last long though as Park hit back straight away when a corner wasn't cleared properly and when the ball was played back in Darren Knowles was the first to react with a diving header into the roof of the net. After that Pen Nook came closest, but Windle made a couple of timely interventions and when he was finally beaten the referee ruled it out for offside. More action photos from the game are shown below.

After squandering a two goal lead, Mosborough Royal Oak were thankful to super sub Steve Wilkinson after his late winner gave them the points at promotion rivals Trickshots. Richard Mills set up Ricky Davidson to open the scoring for Oak and Davidson doubled their lead after taking Will Blakeney's through ball.

Trickshots got themselves back into it when Mark Tiler set up Scott Marcus before half time and after the break it looked as if they had grabbed a share of the points when Scott Lee's cross was volleyed home by John Bailey after his switch from Loxley. Wilkinson had other ideas though and his last minute strike gave Trickshots no time to respond.

Handsworth Old Boy's also improved their promotion chances with a 4-2 victory at The Park. Dean Smith put Handsworth ahead early on only for Lee Bridges to level for The Park, but Smith was soon on hand to restore the visitors lead and Trevor Jones extended their lead before the break. The second half saw Bridges net a second and James Law add a fourth for Handsworth, but it might have been much closer had The Park not squandered a golden opportunity from the penalty spot.

Devonshire are also forcing their way into the promotion reckoning after they beat
promotion rivals Sportsman Stannington 4-2. Even before the kick off Sportsman were struggling and ace marksman Chris King was forced into an emergency centre half role so it was no real surprise when Greg Shaw put Devonshire ahead from the penalty spot. Sportsman rallied and Joe Lilleyman cancelled it out, but Devonshire led at half time after Adrian Von Wurzbach sprinted from the half way line to score.

Jason Collier brought Sportsman level a second time, but Devonshire began take their makeshift defence apart and Ross Melas put them ahead a third time before Shaw sealed the points with his second.

Division Two Service stay top but suffer Whitby leg break blow

Civil Service stayed top with a terrific 4-3 win at title rivals Southey Social, but it seemed worthless after the scorer of two of their goals, Dave Whitby (pictured left), suffered a broken leg right at the end of the game. Taff and Bellamy strikes saw Anston to victory over Junior Blades, while Brinsworth Whitehill grabbed their first away win of the season at Freemasons Arms and two Joe Knight strikes saw Fairbank-Rhodes come from two down to grab a point at Colley Club.

Civil Service scored a terrific victory at title rivals Southey Social to open up a three point lead at the top of Division Two, but at the end they would gladly have given up the points as leading scorer Dave Whitby suffered a badly broken leg in the last few seconds of the game.

Whitby had been a constant menace to the Southey defence and he twice put Civil Service in front only them cancelled out by Nicholas Spence and Matthew Meaney. Simon Hall then glanced a header home to put Service ahead for a third time only to see it again cancelled out by Lee Clayton, but when Wes Bamforth struck a fourth for Service this time they held on, yet it all seemed a bit meaningless to them when Whitby suffered his break right at the end.

It was a good day for Brinsworth Whitehill though as they finally managed to pick up their first away win of the season when first half goals from Zeb Mir and Lewis Sutherland were added to in the second half by Warren Smith and Daniel Marsden to give them a 4-0 victory at Freemasons Arms.

Robert Parvin was the architect for Anston Athletic as they kept their improvement going with a 2-1 home win over Junior Blades. Parvin started the three man move that saw Ryan Taff hold off a defender to open the scoring before half time, but the second half saw the Junior Blades draw level when Daniel Graham followed up to net the rebound after seeing his  penalty saved by the keeper. Anston hit back to win it though as Parvin again started the move that saw Joe Bellamy keep pace with his strike partner.

A real game of two halves saw Delroy Palmer and Ridah Miladi give Colley Club a two goal half time lead at home to Fairbank-Rhodes, but it was the visitors turn to dominate after the break. Joe Knight netted twice to earn them a point and almost won it for them, but that would have been cruel on their hosts.

Junior Sunday Cup FC Brimington's brave run comes to an end

FC Brimington's brave run in the County FA Junior Sunday Cup came to an end in Round 6 when the narrowly lost at home to Cudworth Star Hotel. The damage was done in the first half when a slow start by Brimington allowed their visitors to open up a three goal lead, but Brimington didn't give up and their passing game saw them take control in the second half. Andrew Crossland and Elliott Christie managed to pull two back, but they couldn't quite force an equaliser.

LEAGUE CUP SEMI FINALS

The draw for the League cup semi finals could mean either an all CBC Preier finaql or an all Division One final at Bramall Lane. Handsworth WMC  face Division One Mosborough Royal Oak and Woodhouse West End face Division One and last season's losing finalists Pitsmoor Royal Oak.

Clubs should note that there is a change of date for the semi finals, which will now be played on Sunday 30 March, kick off at 11am, with both ties at the HSBC Sports Ground, Dore.
